Kieran Trippier has been one of Newcastle United’s best right-backs in the Premier League for the last two seasons.

Since joining the Magpies in January 2022, he has been phenomenal. The defender has shown himself to be a seismic addition, changing things both on and off the field.

Even with a slight setback during the Christmas break, Kieran Trippier is once again having a fantastic season. With 10 Premier League assists thus far, he shares first place with Ollie Watkins and Pascal Gross.

Trippier is 33 years old and still going strong. He would eventually leave Newcastle United as the team’s resident right-back, though. He will eventually move out of St. James’ Park; this summer, perhaps.

And when that does happen, Trippier has complete faith in the man who is lined up to replace him.

Kieran Trippier rates Tino Livramento so highly

Tino Livramento will receive that honor; in a recent interview with The Independent, Trippier spoke very highly of the 21-year-old.

“Tino, for such a young guy, is unbelievable,” he said.

“I’ve had loads of talks with Tino, firstly to try to help him. I know he’s my position, but I don’t want to be selfish.

“He’ll be unbelievable for Newcastle in the future and an England right-back as well. That’s how highly I rate him.”

Newcastle have an exciting future with Tino Livramento

Livramento already is unbelievable. He has really turned heads since arriving at St James’ Park, and it has not taken him long to prove why Newcastle were right to spend so much money on him.

The 21-year-old has done well when coming in for Trippier, while he has also thrived on the left of defence. A lot of fans have even been calling for him to be a regular starter ahead of Dan Burn.

We haven’t even begun to explore Livramento’s potential in a black and white tee, though. He is still only a young player, but he has a lot of potential, and he will develop further on Tyneside.

He will be fantastic for Newcastle United, as Trippier says, maybe for the next ten years. He will most likely play for England during that time.

Tino Livramento has a very bright future ahead of him.
