Philippe Clement has outlined the winter training agenda for Rangers. The club recently announced a friendly against FC Copenhagen at Ibrox on Tuesday, January 16, just days before their Scottish Cup clash with Dumbarton. Clement revealed that the team will embark on a one-week training camp in La Manga, Spain, during the Premiership shutdown in early January. The camp includes a closed-door friendly, and Rangers will also plan another friendly upon their return.

Clement stated, “Everything is arranged. We are going to Spain for one week. We will play a game there, and we are planning to play a friendly game here on the way back. It will be in La Manga, and the friendly will be closed doors.”

The Premiership action resumes for Rangers on January 24 against Hibernian at Easter Road, four days after the Dumbarton match.

As Rangers prepare for a crucial period, focusing on tonight’s clash with Hearts, Clement, unbeaten since his arrival, anticipates a challenging match. Despite having beaten Hearts twice already in his short tenure, he acknowledges the need to stay alert for this third encounter against a confident Steven Naismith side, emphasizing the significance of maintaining a high level of performance.
