The most recent Leeds United evening headlines as they get ready to travel to Carrow Road to play Norwich City.

Farke Discusses Norwich Return:

Daniel Farke, the head coach of Leeds United, conveys that he hasn’t dedicated extensive thought to his upcoming return to Norwich City this weekend. After spending four years with the Canaries in East Anglia, Farke will lead his Leeds side to Carrow Road for a Saturday Championship showdown. Nevertheless, he emphasizes that his primary focus has been on preparing Leeds and not dwelling on personal sentiments.

“I haven’t thought too much about it if I’m honest because it was so busy the last days,” he said. “It’s a while ago obviously since I was there, there are still some players I worked with but they play a different style of football. You have to prepare for a normal game to make sure that you‘ve prepared your team what to expect in terms of Norwich play. It’s more or less the normal stuff, if I’m honest.”

Daniel Farke Shares Optimistic Injury News for Leeds United

Leeds United return to action after a fortnight off on Saturday, with the Whites making the trip to Norwich City. The international break has meant Daniel Farke has had two weeks to work with his non-international squad members, while the pause in the Championship season has also handed those carrying injuries further time to recover.

Ahead of Farke’s return to his former Carrow Road stomping ground, the United manager gave an optimistic update on an injury list that totalled five players going into the break, with Wilfried Gnonto’s expected return to the matchday squad the most eye-catching headline.
