“Surprising Career Move for Former Rangers Coach as Celtic Legend Shows Support for Injured Stars

In the world of Scottish football today, a former head coach of Rangers has taken a surprising career turn, unrelated to the beautiful game. Giovanni Van Bronckhorst, the former Netherlands international, has become a Fashion Brand Ambassador for Blue Rivet, as reported by the Glasgow Times.

In an interview discussing his new role and his time at Rangers, Van Bronckhorst revealed, ‘I was dismissed from Rangers in November, and that was a tough blow. We achieved significant success, winning the Scottish Cup and reaching the Europa League final in Seville, narrowly losing to Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties. Additionally, we secured a place in the Champions League group stage for the first time in many years.’

Regarding his future in football management, he stated, ‘Of course, I aspire to continue as a manager, and there have been opportunities, but I either couldn’t reach an agreement or didn’t have a good feeling about them. I don’t believe my next managerial role will be in the Netherlands, perhaps somewhere in Southern Europe. My experience at Barcelona, both in work and lifestyle, is appealing to me, but I’m open to what the future holds.’

In the world of football, injuries can pose challenges for players, as noted by Celtic icon John Hartson. He expressed his belief that Reo Hatate and Kyogo Furuhashi, who have faced injury setbacks this season, will soon regain their top form when they face Hearts on Sunday.

Hartson explained, ‘Injury can disrupt a player’s rhythm, and it may take three or four games to return to their best form. Both Hatate and Kyogo have been through these games, with each match showing improvement. They’ve been performing well, and they represented Japan impressively. They’ll come back with renewed confidence and will be ready for the weekend clash against Hearts.'”
