Additionally, it’s been reported that Ange Postecoglou’s team is one of the Premier League suitors for Rowe.
West Ham, who are having trouble with their injured striker group, is keeping tabs on Rowe of Norwich.
It has been claimed that Spurs’ scouts have watched Rowe in action for Norwich this season.
It is unclear if Tottenham are looking at Rowe for this month’s transfer window or more with an eye to the summer, but they could be forced to decide on a swoop soon if West Ham make a play in the coming weeks.
