Despite a promising start to the season, Aston Villa have an unhappy player on their hands

According to rumors, Aston Villa have another player who is dissatisfied with his status at Villa Park after joining the Premier League club in the summer transfer window.

According to a recent Telegraph update on Aston Villa’s wet-look uniform scandal, Castore is now believed to have provided two remedies to the odd issue that has made headlines in recent weeks.

Castore will either make minor changes to the current crop of jerseys worn by both the men’s and women’s teams on matchdays or give an entirely new batch of playing jerseys. Complaints were heard when both teams complained about their shirts being heavy and saturated in sweat when they were worn on the field. Nonetheless, there appears to be a solution to the dilemma.

In other news, according to Fabrizio Romano’s Daily Briefing, Arsenal are keeping an eye on Brazilian international Douglas Luiz after previously wanting to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.

Romano stated: “As I recently reported, Arsenal have been monitoring Pedro Neto for some time, and I can also say that Arsenal always keep monitoring the same players they like and Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz remains one of them. He’s always been appreciated.”

He then added: “Of course, we know that Arsenal had bids rejected for Luiz in September 2022, and he later went on to sign a new contract at Villa Park, which runs until 2026. He’s now a key player for Villa so the deal would not be an easy one, but many clubs appreciate him.”

Meanwhile, Nicolo Zaniolo’s lawyer has disputed charges that the Italy international unlawfully gambled on sports as a result of his alleged involvement in a huge betting scandal in Italy, telling Gazzetta dello Sport via Chronicle Live: “Nicolo never bet.” He also informed me of this. It’s likely that he played card games like poker and blackjack on unlawful online sites without realizing it. We will make everything clear. What are you willing to risk? A couple hundred euros in fines. All of this unless there is a repeat of the offense of such magnitude that it is impossible to impose just a financial penalty.”
