Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Al-Nassr, has apparently been connected with a return to the Premier League and European football.

El Nacional reports that the former Manchester United forward has been told that he can join Premier League team Newcastle United in 2024.

After the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, he joined Saudi giants Al-Nassr in January 2023. Since joining Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, the former Juventus and Real Madrid star has scored 24 goals in 24 outings.

His performances in the Saudi Pro League, SPL, have piqued the interest of the club’s owners, who have reportedly offered Ronaldo a move to Newcastle United, a club controlled by Al-Nassr. However, it is unknown whether Ronaldo has accepted the offer.

However, it has been anticipated that Ronaldo will likely examine the offer in the coming weeks as the January transfer window approaches.
