Chris Smalling, a defender for Roma, is anticipated to return from injury on October 22 against Roma-Monza.
The Englishman was unable to participate in any group activities following the Milan loss because he has been out for more than a month due to a chronic tendon issue.
But Smalling is getting close to the end of his recuperation, according to Il Messaggero, and he will start group training soon as Roma gets ready for the first game following the international break.
Smalling will be available to play at the Stadio Olimpico against Monza.
