Coventry City can report that it has completed its business during the Summer Transfer Window, both in and out.

A busy summer has seen a total of 11 Sky Blues arrivals, with 9 players entering permanently and 2 on loan.

The era began with the acquisition of defender Jay Dasilva from Bristol City, followed by the addition of forward Ellis Simms from Everton at the start of July.

Tatsuhiro Sakamoto joined City from Belgian club KV Oostende on July 10th, and goalkeeper Brad Collins joined from Barnsley a week later.

Defensive reinforcements arrived in mid-July with the signings of Joel Latibeaudiere from Swansea City, Bobby Thomas from Burnley, and wing back Milan Van Ewijk.

Heerenveen in the Netherlands. Meanwhile, on July 28th, Luis Binks joined the Sky Blues on a season-long loan from the Italian club Bologna.

Moving into August, a 23-year-old transfer record was broken when Haji Wright joined Coventry City from Antalyaspor in Turkey for a record amount, while highly-rated Brighton midfielder Yasin Ayari came on August 21st.

On deadline day, Barnsley captain Liam Kitching joined the Sky Blues for an undisclosed amount, bringing the Club’s business to a close.

In the opposite direction, striker Viktor Gyokeres joined Sporting Lisbon in July for a Club record sum, and Gustavo Hamer joined Sheffield United in August.

Josh Reid joined Ross County in June, while a number of Sky Blues players left at the end of their contracts.

Fankaty Dabo, Julien Dacosta, Todd Kane, Sean Maguire, Michael Rose, Martyn Waghorn, and Tyler Walker have all signed contracts.
