Sean Dyche’s Everton are in talks to acquire the services of Napoli attacking sensational Jesper Lindstrom this summer.

Fabrizio Romano claims that Everton is trying to bolster their roster in preparation for the upcoming campaign. They are interested in adding Jesper Lindstrom, a top player for Napoli, to their squad in order to increase the potency of their assault. In an attempt to reach an agreement in the upcoming weeks, the Toffees have begun negotiations with the Italian powerhouses.

Prior to joining Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer of 2021, Lindstrom advanced through the ranks of Bröndby IF. At the German club, he established himself before obtaining a summer transfer to Napoli. The Danish attacking midfielder’s transition to the Italian team hasn’t gone well.

Although he played in 32 games the previous season, he did not log more than 800 minutes on the field. Most of them appearances were brief cameos at the conclusion of games. The season wasn’t particularly favorable for the 24-year-old’s growth. With three years remaining on his contract, he could now try to leave Napoli in quest of regular minutes.

Everton appears to be the team that is most serious about their desire, even though a number of teams have been keeping an eye on his circumstances at the Naples-based team. Despite receiving a point deduction the previous time out, they were able to avoid relegation, and in order to recover, they intend to implement the required modifications this summer.

The Toffees are trying to get as much use out of their small budget as possible. Sean Dyche desires increased offensive potency. Lindstrom is on their wishlist because he wants to bring in someone who can score as well as create.

Given that Everton has depth in both areas and that the Danish international can play as a 10 as well as on either flank, he may be an incredible signing. In order to get the 24-year-old to sign, they have already started negotiations with Napoli; it will be intriguing to watch how those discussions develop. Napoli will only sell during the current negotiations if they receive a strong offer.
