Ola Aina’s contract has a one-year extension option that Nottingham Forest has exercised, guaranteeing the gifted full-back would play for the team for another year.
The Nigerian international has made 22 appearances for the two-time European champions since joining the team on a free transfer last summer, displaying his adaptability and toughness on either side of the defense.
“Since Ola joined the club last summer, he has impressed all of us with his performances both on the pitch and also with the positive personality that he brings to the group every day,” Chief Football Officer Ross Wilson said in regards to the extension. We are thrilled he will continue working with us.”
The Cobham product played for Torino in the Italian Serie A, making 113 appearances for the Maroons across all competitions.
