Since joining from Arsenal, the center-back has grown to be one of Sunderland’s most vital players.
After the 2023–24 season ends, Sunderland defender Dan Ballard has joined with a new management business.
The Northern Ireland international has established himself as a vital member of the Black Cats and among the top center backs in the Championship since joining from Arsenal two years ago. Since 2022, Ballard has participated in 65 games for Sunderland across all competitions, including 42 league games in the previous season.
Following the conclusion of Sunderland’s season, Ballard has signed with General Sports Worldwide (GSW), who describe themselves as an “international full-service sports marketing and management agency.” The deal between the pair was announced on the company’s social media accounts this week.
