Alexander Isak has emerged as a top target for Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta this summer after a standout season at Newcastle United – whose mega-rich Saudi owners may be forced to part with a prized asset this summer

Alexander Isak, a target for Arsenal, spoke with Yasir Al Rumayyan, the Saudi chairman of Newcastle, on Saturday.

After Brighton’s draw, PIF moneyman Al Rumayyan solely pursued Newcastle’s main target, Mikel Arteta, for £120 million. Al Rumayyan approached Isak and his family and had a lengthy conversation with him on the St. James’ Park field.

Due to his goals, the Sweden international is in talks for a new deal with a top three Champions League team, where his salary may quadruple.

Al Rumayyan, the man in charge of Newcastle’s finances, oversees the Saudi state investment fund, and is also the head of LIV Golf, visited to learn about the season’s evaluation and the preparations for the upcoming summer.

Isak was sick on Friday and had a bad performance against Brighton. Howe was happy to see the club owners, who include Amanda Staveley, a 5.6% investor, on the field with the players, their spouses, and children following the game.

“You want the club to be one team, and we have had that since we are here—owners, players, staff—is the big thing,” he stated.

The fact that they enter the field near the end is incredibly beneficial. Everyone expressing gratitude to one another and, in particular, to us, the supporters.

Roberto De Zerbi, meantime, has given Brighton the command to display “personality” and guarantee a top half finish.

The Italian has set an end-of-season goal and acknowledges that his Albion team is not playing at its peak right now.

“We would like to finish in the top ten,” stated De Zerbi. That’s not a bad performance, but we had injuries and played in Europe, so placing in the top 10 will be an incredible accomplishment and an improvement over previous season.

“It’s not the greatest moment I’ve ever experienced, but I’m happy that we need to battle personality issues.

Joel Veltman, a scorer, stated: “I got it; my average is one a season! That was a corner we worked on Friday. It was a fair draw. We performed admirably on defense. Congratulations to our defense, as Isak was not present in the match.

“We want six more goals, and this is a big point at Newcastle.”
