Leeds United don’t look good value for promotion at this point, but the future still looks bright at Elland Road.

Indeed, while it’s easy to get down in the dumps about Leeds’ recent form and their 4-0 loss to QPR on Friday, let’s not forget the bigger picture here.

Leeds have a number of brilliant young players on their books right now such as Crysencio Summerville and Wilfried Gnonto, while Archie Gray looks like a superstar in the making.

Speaking to Tribal Football, Dominic Matteo has been discussing Archie Gray’s ability, and he’s made an interesting claim about another youngster on Leeds’ books.

Indeed, according to Matteo, Leeds have another talented young player coming through in the shape of Archie’s younger brother, Harry.

Harry Gray could be quality

Matteo shared what he’s heard about this young man.

“Yeah, listen, he is an unbelievable player, and unbelievable talent. It seems to be in the Gray genes. The dynasty of the Gray family, so much quality coming through and even his brother, apparently he’s an unbelievable striker coming through as well, look out for another one coming through as well,” Matteo said.

Harry Gray looks the real deal

We don’t want to pile too much pressure on a 15-year-old kid so early in his career, but it has to be said that Harry Gray looks the real deal already.

At the age of just 15 he has six goals in nine appearances at U18 level this season – let’s not forget, he’s playing three years above his age group there.

Leeds have a lot of incredible young attacking talent right now, and in a few years’ time, the Whites should be able to add the younger Gray brother into the mix as well.

Leeds may be having a tough time at the moment, but there’s plenty to be excited about in West Yorkshire right now.
