It is a good signing for basically no money. He’s had bad QBs the last few years. But has shown the ability to make plays. Worth a flyer.

This is more of a top option on the outside as opposed to locked in as WR3 and Eagles really like speed from that WR3 spot, and have needed a better option between AJ and DeVonta.
