This summer, Juventus may have an advantage over Chelsea in the competition for a single winger.

Michael Olise, a wide player for Crystal Palace, is still a target for Chelsea, despite the 22-year-old’s summer departure, per ESPN.

The Telegraph is now claiming that Juventus is interested in Olise as well and may make a partial trade offer for Matias Soule.

Before going to the treatment table, Olise was on fire. She is currently out injured.

It appears that Juventus will be a team Chelsea would have to contend with if they decide to make another run at signing the Palace star.

There may be a serious transfer battle for his services in the summer since Manchester United is reportedly also interested in him, according to ESPN.

Olise may be a great addition for Mauricio Pochettino’s team, so perhaps the chance to stay in London will entice him.

The former Reading player is a winger with Premier League experience who is beginning to develop a finished product. If not, Chelsea does not currently have the worst wide alternatives available.

Raheem Sterling and Cole Palmer, who has been outstanding this season, are still available to the Blues. He has made 29 appearances this season, usually playing on the right flank, and has contributed 21 goals.

Mykhailo Mudryk remains, in whom the club has also made significant financial investments.

Olise is another pricey winger that Chelsea would have to try to fit in, but some of his recent performances would suggest that he could be worth the money. The Daily Mirror adds that Olise has a £60 million release clause.
