Erling Haaland’s injury was updated by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, although he did not indicate if he will play against Crystal Palace.

Due to a bone injury, the goal machine was unable to travel with the City team for their Premier League match against Luton Town this past weekend. The manager has now disclosed a new ailment and the player’s anticipated return to training.

The Catalan manager told reporters, “We’ll see how he feels when he returns on Thursday, the day after tomorrow. I’m not sure at this time whether he can play on Saturday, so I can’t respond. I can be more specific about his status at the next press conference.”

After City’s Premier League match against Aston Villa last week, the head coach of the team stated on Sunday that the Norwegian was barely able to walk. But since then, the striker’s health has rapidly improved. Last Saturday, despite Haaland’s absence from the squad, the reigning champions overcame a 2-1 deficit to defeat Luton.
