Newcastle United defeated Chelsea 4-1 at St. James’ Park, thanks to four different goals from four different players.

Raheem Sterling’s 23rd-minute free-kick cancelled out Alexander Isak’s 13th-minute goal, leaving the two teams level at the break.

The hosts took a 3-1 lead as Jamaal Lascelles and Joelinton scored two goals in two second-half minutes, before Anthony Gordon added a fourth with an 83rd-minute strike after Chelsea skipper Reece James was sent out on 73 minutes.
