We had a feeling that a changing line-up from Preston would happen, but still a bit surprised to see as many as six new players from start

Choudhury, Iheanacho, Souttar, Yunus, Casadei and Vestergaard were given starts as others were replaced.

Leicester, as we would have thought, controlled everything from start wirh Stoke just pulling backwards to try to defend themselves.

Early on Leicester had 90% possession, but still little happened Stoke looked dizzie allready after a few minutes, so the formula worked.

Leicester pushed and pushed and when the first goal was scored it happened in the most lovely way in a great pattern of passes, seeing Kelechi Iheanacho getting the ball over the line

Leicester continued their work going into 2nd half, keeping Stoke on a distance, as they struggled to keep their defensive structure as pressure from Leicester continued.

Mavididi came on as the first sub, then Jamie Vardy entered the field, as the effect of having such a quality bench resulting in more goals, Vardy being at the end of another splended pass of play with another sub, Wilfred Ndidi hsving the assist.

Leicester manager Enzo Maresca also gave minutes to Coady avd Albrighton, using his full qoute as the team look stronger and stronger

This will give the squad full togetherness as more players having higher value, and the energy inside will be stretched to a new level.

Leicester will next be up against Swansea away as we look on an international break in between.
