Bobby Vincent discusses the current status of Chelsea’s transfer business, the rumors surrounding Alexander Isak, the Blues’ pursuit of a new striker and winger, and much more.

According to football.london, Chelsea does not currently have any plans to pursue a move for Alexander Isak this summer.

On Wednesday, there were rumors circulating that the Blues had inquired about the prospect of acquiring the striker from Newcastle United for this summer. Chelsea, however, is extremely unlikely to pursue a move during this window because they are aware that any deal for the Sweden international would cost an incredible amount of money.

Isak is obviously someone the club values because they have shown interest in him in the past. However, any transfer would probably cost more than the £115 million Chelsea spent for Moises Caicedo in the summer, and that is now not possible.

Interest in Samu Omorodion has not cooled down but it is acknowledged that striking a deal with Atletico Madrid will be incredibly difficult this summer. Chelsea are interested in signing the highly-rated 20-year-old striker but Atleti are adamant they will not allow him to leave the Spanish capital in this window.

Although Jhon Duran has become less of a target, they may bring him up again later in the window if they are unable to sign another striker. Additionally, agreements to sell young players Marc Guiu and Omari Kellyman to Barcelona and Aston Villa for £5 million and £19 million, respectively, are almost finalized.

According to football.london, Chelsea is also almost done signing defender Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors. To complete the agreement that will see the 19-year-old sign for somewhat less than £20 million this summer, club representatives are now in Argentina.

The team withdrew from the competition to sign Michael Olise, although they are still searching for a winger. Football has been studied, but Nico Williams of Athletic Bilbao has been examined.London is aware that the 21-year-old’s outrageous salary demands have caused interest in him to wane.

Regarding departures, it is believed that Ipswich Town is getting ready to make an offer to Chelsea for Omari Hutchinson, a winger. The 21-year-old assisted the Tractor Boys in earning their first Premier League promotion in 22 years during his season-long loan at Portman Road.

When Harvey Vale returns to Cobham the following week, Chelsea will evaluate his circumstances. The 20-year-old, who played with Bristol Rovers of League One last season, is expected to return to the Blues for at least a portion of preseason play.

For Vale, another loan is conceivably anticipated. The academy product’s contract gives Chelsea the opportunity to extend it by a another year if they so choose.

In the meantime, Ian Maatsen, who is moving to the Midlands for £37.5 million, has finished his medical at Aston Villa. We are simply awaiting the formal announcement on the six-year contract that the Netherlands international will be signing at Villa Park.

This summer, Chelsea is still trying to sell Armando Broja. Football.london has learned that the Blues value the 22-year-old at approximately £35 million, which is £15 million less than their January asking price of £50 million.

Both AS Monaco, who have previously spoken to Broja’s representation this summer, and a number of Premier League teams are reportedly interested in the player. Although the Albanian international is open to staying at Stamford Bridge, he has acknowledged that it might be in his best interests to relocate.

The Conor Gallagher transfer saga has not changed. The 24-year-old’s contract is set to expire in 12 months, and there has been no discussion between Chelsea and him about extending it before the next season begins.

Gallagher is presently playing for England in the ongoing Euro 2024 in Germany. Until the Three Lions’ participation in the international competition concludes and Gareth Southgate’s team plays Slovakia in the Round of 16, nothing is likely to change.
