According to CRAWLEY TOWN FC, their match against Wrexham AFC this weekend will sell out at home.

In their most recent League Two match, the Reds will travel to West Sussex on Saturday (kickoff: October 7, 3pm). And they’ll be attempting to rectify the wrong after three games without a victory.

A 5-0 loss at Stockport County, a 3-3 draw with Crewe, and a 0-0 tie at Mansfield Town have come after their most recent triumph, a 3-0 victory over Grimsby Town on September 16.

While Crawley has won two of its last three games, they did drop their most recent contest, 2-0 to Doncaster Rovers, last weekend. The match against Wrexham will take place at Broadfield Stadium in front of a sold-out home crowd, the club has announced.

“Crawley Town Football Club is delighted to announce that home tickets for this Saturday’s home match against Wrexham AFC have completely sold out,” read a statement from the team.

“On Saturday afternoon, almost 5,500 spectators are anticipated to fill Broadfield Stadium to watch the high-flying Reds take on the League Two newcomers.

“No additional tickets will be made available for purchase, and the Innovation Electrical Executive Suite is totally booked.

“We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.”

Wrexham supporters who try to occupy seats in the home end will be ‘immediately removed’ from the stadium, the club has further warned.

“We would like to reiterate that any ‘away fans’ found to have purchased in the home end will be removed from the stadium immediately,” the statement continued.

The club uses postcode checks at the time of purchase to try to avoid this situation, but any errors will be corrected on the day. Wrexham has been given 1,346 tickets for the game, all of which are general admission. A small number of accessible supporters’ tickets are also available in the East Stand.

Up until that point in the 23/24 season, Crawley’s greatest home attendance was against Gillingham on August 19 with a crowd of 4,310.
